1. (regional, north-western Germany) discreetly, secretly

   Das mach ich ganz stiekum. Das kriegt keiner mit.

   I do that quite discreetly. Nobody will know.

Usage notes

The word is common chiefly in the western half of Westphalia. In adjacent regions it also widely understood, but not often heard.
