   Jeg vet ikke hvorvidt hun liker å stå på ski (eller ikke).

   I do not know whether she likes to ski (or not).

2. whether (Used to introduce an indirect interrogative question that consists of multiple alternative possibilities)

   Han bestod prøven, hvorvidt det var flaks eller ferdigheter vet jeg ikke

   He passed the test, whether it was luck or skills I don't know.
