- Posture both hands in the “X” handshape with the index fingers hooked together in front of the center of the chest, dominant palm facing down and nondominant palm facing up.
- Hold both hands briefly in this posture.
- Unhook the index fingers and rotate each hand to move to the following posture.
- Posture both hands in the “X” handshape with the index fingers hooked together in front of the center of the chest, dominant palm facing up and nondominant palm facing down.
